Job Description

Position Summary

We’re seeking a proficient On – Site Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The selected individual will be accountable for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our customized automation equipment used in the lithium – battery manufacturing process.

Main Duties

1. Conduct proactive inspections of customer – site equipment usage to identify and preempt potential issues.
2. Carry out on – site maintenance of equipment for customers and collect detailed feedback on any encountered problems.
3. Provide training to customer maintenance personnel and manage the equipment acceptance process.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
5. Train external installation and debugging teams.

Skill and Experience Prerequisites

1. Technical Competence: Demonstrate solid skills in mechanical and electronic systems, with the ability to handle complex technical tasks related to non – standard automation equipment.
2. Desired Experience: Prior experience in non – standard automation equipment, especially in the context of battery manufacturing or similar high – tech industries, is highly desirable.
3. Problem – Solving Abilities: Exhibit outstanding problem – solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Qualification Criteria

1. Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in after – sales service, preferably in the mechanical and electronics industry, with exposure to high – precision equipment maintenance and customer – facing technical support.
